Exact Level & Tool Mfg. Co.

Exact Level and Tool Manufacturing Company was founded by Peter P. Vaida and is one of the oldest
tool companies in New Jersey. The shop was opened in the 1930’s and produced a variety of tools. The manufacturing process on the site involved cutting and grinding of aluminum. In 1983 the company was sold to Hyde Inc. Finally, in 1985, Exact Level and Tool Manufacturing ceased operations.
