Nice vintage adjustable pliers manufactured by the HPW – West Germany stamp. There is also CTC 58-469, Canadian Tire Corporation stamp on pliers dating back to times when tool manufacturing for Canada’s department stores was outsourced to German, Swedish, and other west European tool manufacturers.
